Tom Cullen has served as the Chief Legal Officer for Corporate Express’ US operations since 1999. In this role, he has responsibility for managing all legal matters for Corporate Express, including litigation and dispute resolution, acquisitions and dispositions, contract review and corporate governance. From 1996-1999, Cullen served as the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for BT Office Products, Inc.

Prior to joining the Buhrmann group, Cullen was also engaged in the private practice of law from 1985 through 1996, specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Cullen graduated with a bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College (1976), and holds a master’s degree from Michigan State University (1978) and a law degree from Syracuse University (1985).
