Rick Toppin is responsible for formulating, implementing and executing operational business plans across the 11 Markets which comprise the Central Region for Corporate Express US. Toppin initially joined Corporate Express in 1999 as President of the Minnesota Division. In 2005, he was promoted to President of Corporate Express Canada where he led their growth in market share and profitability prior to returning to the US in November 2007. Prior to joining Corporate Express, Toppin held a number of senior management positions with Moore Corporation.

Toppin holds a BA in business from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA in management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
